The short version: we sell quality products, you pay the price shown at checkout, and neither of us does anything unreasonable.

Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. An order is accepted when you receive the confirmation email. If a product is mispriced or unavailable, we will contact you to confirm or cancel and refund in full.
Payments
Payments are processed by Wix Payments. By placing an order you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Product information
We describe surfaces, dilution ratios and specifications as accurately as the manufacturer data allows. Always check the listed surfaces and safety notes against your own interior before use, and test on a hidden area first. Product photography is representative; packaging may vary between batches.
Your account and conduct
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for any activity under your account. Fraudulent orders, chargeback abuse and automated scraping are not permitted.
Liability and law
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. These terms are governed by Dutch law, and disputes can be raised with your local consumer authority.
