Shipping policy
Everything we ship is packed by hand and tracked from our warehouse to your door. Here is exactly what to expect.

Dispatch times
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day are packed the same day. Everything else leaves the warehouse within 1–2 business days. You receive a dispatch email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier.
Delivery times
Standard delivery within the EU takes 2–4 business days. UK and Switzerland take 3–5 business days. Rest of world takes 5–10 business days, depending on local customs.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on orders over €60. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. Express options, where available, are shown on the Wix checkout page before you pay.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your local authority. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not updated for 5 business days, email support@cabincare.store with your order number and we will open a carrier investigation or reship the order.
