What we collect
Name, email address, delivery address, order contents and payment confirmation details. Card details are entered on the Wix checkout page and are never seen or stored by us.
Why we collect it
To process and deliver your order, send order and tracking updates, handle returns, and reply to support messages. With your consent, we may email occasional product news — every email includes a one-click unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
Our store platform (Wix), payment provider (Wix Payments) and the carriers delivering your parcel. Each receives only the data needed to perform their part of the order.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your bag and checkout working, plus privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the store will still work, but your bag may not be remembered.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it by emailing support@cabincare.store. We respond within 30 days.
